Job Description

Job Description Must have : Good understanding of Computer Hardware Ability to assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain common Desktops / Laptops Hands-on experience with setting up Computer Networks, including crimping Good Windows Administration skills Good problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and explore new concepts and Technologies Basic Programming Skills for Automation of Routine & Monitoring tasks. Good Understanding of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud with experience in Commissioning & Administration of Virtual Servers. Good Understanding of Cloud-Native Services (Kubernetes, Dockerization etc.) Working knowledge of Enterprise firewalls (Cyberoam, Sonicwall, etc.) Working knowledge of Mac OS Good Knowledge of Linux / Unix Server Setup & Administration is added advantage Responsibilities System Design & Implementation : Design, configure, and deploy integrated systems, including servers, storage, and networks. System Integration : Ensure systems integrate seamlessly with software and hardware solutions. Monitoring & Maintenance : Monitor system performance, security, and availability. Perform regular maintenance and upgrades. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Automation : Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. Capacity Planning : Monitor system resource usage and forecast future needs to ensure optimal performance. Experience in Windows Operating System, Linux and Hardware. Good Understanding of Systems Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure, monitoring network usage. Troubleshooting of hardware, software and network issues Troubleshooting technical issues and developing effective solutions. Monitoring computers and infrastructure. Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff Planning and implementing future IT up gradation Training the team on new systems, protocols, and best practices. Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role (5+ years preferred). Experience in system and network administration, including cloud environments. Nice To Have Configuring, Managing & Working knowledge of Active Directory Qualifications : Any Diploma / Degree.
