The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a solid understanding of programming concepts, and the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner. Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on C, C++ and java to students or professionals. Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum based on industry standards. Assess learners" progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations. Provide hands-on guidance for programming projects and debugging. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in programming languages and software development. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of individuals or corporate clients. Support learners in building foundational to advanced skills in programming. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven experience in training or teaching programming languages (C, C++ and java). Strong programming knowledge with the ability to write clean and efficient code. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping learners achieve their goals. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks. Experience in conducting online training sessions. Certifications in programming or teaching (C, C++ and java Certification).
