Designation: Senior Application Analyst Location: Pune / Chennai / Kolkata Experience: 5-8 Years Skills: 5 years application support experience in one or more of the following applications: D365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX (4.0/AX 2009/AX 2012), Infor Cloudsuite M3 Experience of working in a technology support role at user level Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to users with a strong focus on understanding business priorities Proven ability to construct and maintain excellent documentation with varying levels of detail targeted at different audiences Strong analytical skills required with the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, identify creative solutions, and develop new strategies and procedures Experience with technology solutions tied to ERP, CRM, Web, and content management solutions for both line of business and back-office applications Working knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server technology,
