Assistant Manager/Senior Officer - IT Web @ BOB Financial

Job Description

Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting) Design and develop scalable and robust web portals that cater to user needs and business objectives. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather and define project requirements and specifications. Implement responsive web designs to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices and platforms. Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance portal functionality and user interaction. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free web portal releases. Monitor and optimize portal performance, addressing any issues related to speed, usability, and accessibility. Maintain and update existing web portals, implementing new features and improvements based on user feedback and business goals. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in web development. Document development processes, code, and project specifications for future reference. Job Specific Skills: Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of web portal projects. Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node js, Vue.js). Experience with backend development languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Java, or Node.js) and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web frameworks. Strong understanding of web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP) and integration techniques. Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and serverless architecture. Educational Qualifications - B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Graduate preferably in Computer science/Information Technology from reputed college/University.
