Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for managing the branchs daily operations and supporting sales efforts to achieve business targets. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, excellent customer service, and contributing to sales growth by identifying opportunities.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily banking operations, including cash management, account opening, customer transactions
• Ensure strict adherence to banking policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards (KYC, AML, etc.)
• Drive branch revenue and achieve sales targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking products to customers
• Participate in customer outreach programs to generate leads
• Manage branch cash flow, including vault operations and teller transactions
• Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and escalations promptly
• Monitor branch compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements
• Implement controls to mitigate operational and credit risks
• Monitor the maintenance of branch facilities and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
