Hiring for International Voice process

Exp 1+yrs in any bpo (100% inbound calls exp requires)

Qualification :10 +2 and any graguates,

CTC : decent hike on previous ctc max can go upto 4.3 LPA

5 days working ,2 rotational week offs

2 ways cab facility is available

2)Handling customers queries,Knowledge on KPI and metrics(SLA,AHT,TAT,FCR and etc)

3)Good knowledge on thought process and aspirations
