The Opportunity | Director, Talent Excellence The Senior Director of Training is vital to the organization's success. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and management of client-centric training programs aligned with clients" functional training needs. Responsibilities include fostering individual development, defining budget requirements, and tracking training costs for both the company and clients. By creating a dynamic learning environment, this position enhances employee retention and satisfaction, contributing to the organization's overall growth. The Responsibilities Manage HR Practices Processes Tools and Projects to ensure complete implementation. Provide an avenue for immediate redressal of employee queries grievances ideating supporting initiating and execution of various HR initiatives for employees. Manage team of TE SPOCs, AMs and Managers to coordinate for fair implementation of HR practices such as IJPs Esat Survey Appraisals listening etc. Ensure collaborative relationships with various functional owners across at site or process level. Manage and develop direct reporting staff Responsible for mentoring guiding and developing them as a second line to the current position. Define and track key performance indications and metrics to measure success and drive accountability Responsible to manage IJP for senior roles Continuously look forward for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies. Conducting reviews with stake holders on monthly basis to understand their expectations and suggestions for a robust approach. The Qualifications Bachelors degree or above preferred. 12+ years of experience as an HRBP / HR Generalist or similar roles Analytical thinking, proactive attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset. Must be highly detail-oriented, productive, accountable, and work under tight deadlines when needed. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Flexibility to work in shifts.
