Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in a similar domain (International Voice Process)

Job Description:

We are hiring German-speaking professionals for an international voice process in Jaipur and Gurgaon. If you have excellent communication skills in German and experience in customer support, this is your opportunity to work with a leading global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently
Work in rotational shifts, ensuring seamless support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (B2 and above)
Minimum 6 months experience in an international voice process
Undergraduate (UG) & Graduate (Any Stream) Both are eligible
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends if required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
