The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to expand our presence in international markets, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for international markets to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory affairs, and product development to develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to international markets. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and drive business growth. Analyze sales data and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and ROI. Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical export marketing or international marketing. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and export requirements. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in international markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
