Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in xRevise and OpenText xPression with a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance being a plus. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. No travel is required. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using xRevise and OpenText xPression Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies Ensure that all software solutions meet business and regulatory requirements Enhance the companys software offerings to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Qualifications * Possess strong technical skills in xRevise and OpenText xPression Have a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
