Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Documentum D2 and a strong background in Regulatory Compliance. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will contribute to our companys mission by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing document management processes. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret regulatory compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards. Implement and manage Documentum D2 solutions to streamline document management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Develop and maintain regulatory compliance documentation and reports. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Documentum D2-related issues. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Train and mentor team members on Documentum D2 and regulatory compliance best practices. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and recommend improvements. Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports and documentation. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Participate in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address compliance-related concerns. Support the continuous improvement of document management and compliance processes. Qualifications * Possess strong expertise in Documentum D2 with hands-on experience in implementation and management. Have a solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and best practices. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in creating and maintaining compliance documentation. Display a proactive approach to staying updated on industry regulations. Have experience in training and mentoring team members on technical and compliance topics.
