Job Title Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Planning Specialist What will you be doing Responsibilities Convert Front Lines (FLs) demand plan to Supply Lines (SLs) delivery/manufacturing forecast. Balance factory/supplier capacity can meet customers requirement. Lead to achieve competitive supply lead time to customer. Monitor daily order status to ensure workload balancing, coordinate and handle special delivery requests and delivery problems to ensure the delivery on time. In action to provide long lead time material forecast In actin to provide to provide monthly rolling forecast data. In action to release new projection according to the S-plan (delivery milestones). Daily fix planning template file. Plan-change management. Receives and processes delivery inquiries and orders from frontline Coordinates with frontline to ensure the smooth process from order booking to manufacturing. Coordinates with frontline to support planning to balance the manufacturing and delivery capacity. Coordinates with frontline to support planning to delivery on time.
