We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, OTC! In this role, you will be responsible to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement. Responsibilities Receive Monthly/yearly Trade Promotion set up request (Contracts) Review the Trade Promotion Request Set up Trade Promotion in the system Receive Invoice/deduction request, validate disputes & indicate reasons for Valid/Invalid Coordinate for appropriate approvals with Client Review invoice and any relevant adjustments or deductions with customer Contact internal partners (CS, Business, Sales team, etc.) to discuss resolution options Coordinate with Sales for approvals Resolve reason for deduction Attach backup documentation Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn ERP systems with preferable knowledge of SAP Ability to communicate verbally and through e-mails with businesses Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel Good Communication Skills & Typing Speed Qualifications Minimum qualifications Any Graduate Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written) Knowledge of SAP Preferred Qualifications Good customer handling skills High Energy level Job Process Developer Primary Location India-Noida Schedule Full-time Education Level Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent Job Posting Feb 21, 2025, 4:02:21 AM Unposting Date Ongoing Master Skills List Operations Job Category Full Time,
