    Key Responsibilities Responsible for the strategic projects and enrolling new business areas into the Cognizant commercial ecosystem. Keen knowledge of best operating procedures and industry standards for Sales Operations, Systems, HR, Sales Compensation, Sales Finance. The successful candidate will strive in highly ambiguous and complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Significant experience in change management is required to enable transition from de-facto to global FTSE100 corporate environment. Oversee the adoption, ensuring alignment with Cognizant's operational standards and corporate policies. Apply extensive knowledge of Sales Operations and industry best practices to facilitate a smooth transition. Manage and negotiate with multiple stakeholders to meet integration goals and resolve any emerging issues. Drive forward the integration process, escalating issues as needed, and keeping stakeholders well-informed throughout. Ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards within the context of the acquisition. Champion change management initiatives to transition from a start-up mentality to a global FTSE100 corporate framework. Maintain resilience in managing multiple concurrent tasks with strict deadlines, ensuring adherence to the deliverables calendar. Effectively manage stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring clear communication and coordination. Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of combined experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Integration, or Sales Compensation. Significant experience in change management within complex and diverse teams at a global level. Proven ability to thrive in highly ambiguous and complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders appraised and engaged. Skills and Competencies: Deep understanding of corporate policies and standards and their application in acquisition contexts. Strong drive and the ability to push forward initiatives and ensure progress. Capability to escalate issues appropriately and resolve them efficiently. Resilience and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with tight deadlines. Proficiency in managing and aligning multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
