Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science graduate or a related discipline Required Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in the below skills Responsibilities: Design, develop and deploy hybrid mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms using Ionic, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React Native and JQuery mobile Publish mobile apps on public and enterprise app stores Work with different data sources, APIs, perform unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and finalise new features. Ensure alignment of technical design of the solution with overall IT architecture standards Perform all activities in accordance with the IT Service Center governance and policies. Specific Work Experience: Expertise on the underlying technology and related development for the solutions in scope (Mobile, PWAs and responsive web application) Deep experience in hybrid mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms using Ionic, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React Native and JQuery mobile Proven working experience in Android/iOS app development and have published at least -10- hybrid Android/iOS app Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Vast knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures,trends, and emerging technologies Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) Experience with at least one of the latest JavaScript frameworks like Xamarin, Angular JS, React JS, Ionic 4 and Cordova Expertise on the various infrastructure and application components essential for the solution to run Experience in infrastructure and operation activities Experience working with offshore teams and / or SaaS partners Knowledge of Construction & Building Materials industry is a plus Knowledge of how LDAP, Google Directories, function. Technical / Functional skills: Hands-on experience with Ionic 5 and its UI components, Native API and Javascript Firm grasp of the JavaScript/TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax Strong understanding of JavaScript ecosystem especially Angular Js Hands-on mobile development experience creating Native applications on both Android and iOS platforms will be added advantage A strong design sense and knowledge of how product design affects UI/UX Deep understanding of cross-browser & cross-platform compatibility issues and ways to address them Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio will be plus Knowledge of other native or hybrid framework like React Native, Xamarin will be plus Should have knowledge of App signing, publishing to Playstore and Apple App Store Knowledge of the Firebase, SQLite, Mysql database or PostgreSQL Experience using web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP) using JSON Strong mobile UI design (multi-screen resolutions), coding, support, and maintenance Strong problem solving and IT operational model optimization skills. Experience in managing IT Projects and on agile methodology Experience in Corporate solutions & services operation and delivery within an international group Experience with H&S and/or Environmental management systems is a plus.
