Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Expert with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in RPA technologies such as UIPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere and a passion for streamlining business processes through automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement RPA solutions to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions to automate business processes. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for automation. Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools like UIPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing applications and systems. Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of deployed RPA bots. Monitor bot performance and ensure that they are functioning efficiently. Assist in the development of RPA documentation and user guides. Support the ongoing improvement of RPA solutions by learning new techniques and technologies. Provide training and assistance to end-users in using RPA tools effectively. Work closely with senior RPA developers and project managers to achieve project goals. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in RPA development or a similar role. Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UIPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. Familiarity with business process automation and its benefits. Should have experience in Automation Anywhere. Basic programming skills in languages like Python, C#, or Java are a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of integrating RPA with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM). Exposure to working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for deploying RPA bots. RPA certification (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate) is an advantage. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
