- Job Description This is a remote position. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end development using React and backend development using Python. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-performance and responsive applications. Your expertise will drive innovation and contribute to building cutting-edge solutions. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Develop interactive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React. Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing designs. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the full stack. Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and cloud services to enhance application functionality. Work with databases, ensuring efficient data management and query optimization. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions Requirements Candidate Profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in React and Python. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote setting. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts effectively. Candidate Required Skills Proficiency in front-end development using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Able to understand Angular and migration it to react Strong understanding of Python and experience with frameworks like Django or Fast. Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies is a plus. Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
