Have Team Handling Experience

Recruitment of FLS Team, 

Administration, operation of entire branch

Revenue Generation of the branch as a cost centre, profit centre

 They will Report to the Regional Head

Has entrepreneurial bent of mind

wants to create successful Team and grow his/her business
