Responsibilities include staff management, operational oversight, financial performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals to develop personalized care plans and improve patient outcomes. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills Operational Oversight and Financial Performance Monitoring skills Experience in Healthcare Management and Regulatory Compliance Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain patient and healthcare provider relationships Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in home healthcare services is a plus,
