    Job Purpose Focus on shareholder value creation and Corporate Image building through Strategic planning, execution, and coordination of all investor relation activities. Attaining Global recognition in DJSI and ESG platforms by creating world class Non-Financial reporting framework (Environment Social Governance (ESG) data, Integrated Report/ Sustainability Report, and policies & practices). Job Context & Major Challenges Key Challenges In The Job Include Grasim has multiple businesses at standalone level at consolidated level (two large subsidiaries- UltraTech and Aditya Birla Capital) therefore influencing analysts and investors so that Grasim gets market-based valuation is a challenging task. Maintain strong relationship with external stakeholders including investors and research analysts. Given the diversity of businesses the challenge is to stay updated about the businesses. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to stay abreast with latest development related to the industry. Responsible for timely completion of Integrated/Sustainability Report. The Non-Financial Reporting (ESG) has become of paramount importance for Institutional investors and other stakeholders. Creating framework for ESG reporting and improving data disclosures and adoption of new polices and processes at company and business level. Responsibility for participation in Global benchmarking exercise- Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). The DJSI platform provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the value of our companys sustainability efforts and performance to all its stakeholders. The major challenges include standardising data, maintaining consistency and quality of data, highlighting best practices, processes and new initiatives across the VSF, CFI and Textiles. Has to work closely with Business Sustainability heads, communication team and CFOs team for all external communication and engagement with stake holders.deep understanding of other functions like Sales, Marketing, supply chain and IT. Projected Financials, Planning & Budgeting and Credit Rating Aditya Birla Nuvo is a diversified conglomerate. It is important to assess the financial impact of various initiatives including mergers / acquisition, restructuring etc. It is important to make the credit rating agencies understand the current and future growth prospects of the Company to help them assess the Companys financial position. The Major Challenges are:- It requires regular monitoring of various initiatives taken by business, like expansion projects, financial restructuring etc., taking a 360 degree view and incorporating all aspects viz. accounting treatment, tax implications, sector prospects etc It also requires regular tracking of major developments in industry and strategic moves by competitors to analyse impact on our businesses. Consolidation of annual budget of more than 30 business and Credit Rating role requires in-depth understanding of each of the businesses. It is prerequisite to take close monitoring of inter audit points and key risk of the business along with mitigation plan and implementation of audit pointsJob Context Consolidation of annual operating and Capex budget of Units/ Sub/ JVs and analysis of the business plan submitted by them. Preparation of business plan presentation highlighting key challenges / opportunities being/to be witnessed by the businesses and initiatives taken / to be taken for mitigating / tapping them. Key Challenges Are Detailed understanding of all the business to prepare the business plan of the Aditya Birla Nuvo. Apart from Financial projection of the businesses, it required the key strategic and industry development It required in dept analysis of industry update and competitor movement Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Strong Investor Engagement Working closely with CFO office to keep track of various queries coming from investors across the globe and timely addressing of the queries. Preparing for the Participation in investor conferences, meetings, Non-Deal Road shows (NDR) along with the Grasim senior management team for providing an update to the institutional investors on business and financial performance. Create an investment pitch esp. wrt to sustainability initiatives of business for prospective investors. KRA2 Internal stakeholders and compliance requirements Preparing/ Creating Quarterly /annual results presentation for Board of Directors, Investors, Risk & sustainability committee and Corporate Presentation Drafting talking points for the investor speech, FAQs and press release for the quarterly results, corporate action and thematic event Work closely with Business Heads offices and Grasim Senior Management team for incorporating their key strategic inputs and future outlook in the Investor/corporate presentation. Jointly with CFO team prepare a time reports on external perspective about industry, competitors and financial market related feedback. Stay apprised of market opinion and reactions to quarterly result feedback/corporate action/strategic initiatives and communicate critical points to senior management. Keep abreast with the industry updates, competitor analysis and monitoring related news flow Work closely with CS team to ensure timely filing as per the SEBI requirement. Creating and maintaining key industry /business data in a systematic manner for responding to analysts / investors queries KRA3 Grasim website updation Annual Integrated report Recommendation for Industry Bodies Creating/Writing content for various sections of the website Overseeing updation of content, esp wrt sustainability and over all content with respect risk and sustainability journey. Should work closely with CFO team, communications team and Business MD office teams. Annual Integrated Report Creating the theme, content, layout, responsibility for digital publication of the annual report and coordinate with businesses specially for finalizing non financial disclosures and assurance thereof AGM- Drafting of FAQs and active investor engagement w.r.t to board resolutions Framing of the recommendation for Industry Bodies (CII/FICCI/Media Publications) in partnership with the business teams. KRA4 Non-Financial Reporting (ESG Reporting) Integrated Report (IR) Sustainability Report (SR) Overseeing the assurance process for sustainability indicators and facilitate resolution of outstanding queries with the plant team/management team and ensure its timely completion. Creating/Drafting and implementation of ESG policies at Grasim and level (Supply Chain policy, Cybersecurity Stakeholders engagement, HR, Health & safety, Tax policy etc.) in line with global companies. Stakeholder Engagement process and materiality assessment- primary objective of corporate stakeholder engagement is to generate a better understanding of stakeholder perspectives on key issues and, consequently, build relationships with key individuals. Analysing water and climate change related risk at business and Grasim level and incorporating the same in the companys risk management framework. Inducing the business team to take sustainability related goals and measuring the progress on those goals. Sustainability Report (SR) and Integrated Report (IR) creation for all the stakeholders. Identifying the theme for the SR/IR in close coordination with the senior management team. Drafting the Chairmans/MD/CFOs letter and creating the content for the IR/SR. Analysing key sustainability indicators to be used for Sustainability Report (SR)/Integrated Report (IR) KRA5 DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Index) Participating in global benchmarking exercise. Engaging with multi-disciplinary teams (Sustainability, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Secretarial, Legal, Marketing, EHS, CSR) across the businesses and managing the DJSI process to ensure accuracy of information, resolution of queries and timely completion and submission of survey.,
