The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with the Ruby on Rails framework, and will work on creating robust, scalable web applications. This role is ideal for a developer who is passionate about coding, has an eye for detail, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in development standards and processes. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code. Engage in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing. Requirements: 4+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails in a production environment. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Familiarity with database management and experience with SQL and PostgreSQL. Understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns. Proficiency with Git version control. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Ability to write and optimize unit and integration tests. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
