Job Description:
- Candidates must possess a bachelors degree or higher (BCom / BBA / basic payroll knowledge)
- Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
- Experience in handling tickets, inbound and outbound calls is essential.
- A minimum of six months to one year of relevant experience is necessary:
- At least six months in a voice process role, or at least one year in an email or chat handling process.
- Candidates must be soft-spoken and patient, capable of answering 80 to 100 calls per day.
- Ability to respond to employee queries regarding payroll, HR, and company policies is required.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts, including rotational and split week off, is necessary.
- The base location will be P2, LTIMindtree, Global village Tech Park, Mysore Rd, RVCE, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560059
