THIS IS YOUR ROLE" As a responsibility, you will: Drive Business Results and Value Creation: Product Life cycle Management of Secondary Distribution Automation products assigned, ensuring products are built to right specifications, deployed effectively, and their benefits are accurately measured. Deliver on clearly defined and measurable OKRs defined, scalability, and business impact. Champion the Voice of the Customer: Translate customer needs into actionable user stories for the R&D team, focusing on how can address specific pain points or opportunities. Engage in continuous discovery through surveys, interviews, and data analysis using Generative AI to evolve product requirement based on real user feedback and emerging needs. Proactively gather customer feedback to refine AI frameworks, ensuring they meet user expectations and deliver significant value. Job Scope/Requirements You are good at: Being customer-focused and dedicated to understanding and learning about customer needs and requirements Being comfortable leading, directing, and motivating the stakeholders to see the bigger picture without formal management authority Working with ambiguous requirements and multi-disciplinary teams Influencing stakeholders up to the senior levels of the organization Bringing a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs Learning and adapting you are an eager and consistent learner, open to feedback and interested in continuous improvement; you thrive with change & ambiguity Prioritizing and working in a fast-paced, collaborative and product-oriented environment Collaborating with Virtual team and customers/ regional sales colleagues spread across time zone. Available to frequent business trips on international level to the regions in focus to push our Product offerings Qualifications You bring: 10+ years of relevant experience as Product Lifecycle Manager for Electrical distribution grids automation domain OR a similar role with good understanding agile principle & ways of working. Degree Qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Exceptional communications, stakeholder management, and team management skills Technical Knowledge of communications networks (IEC61850, IEC608705, Modbus, DNP3.0) and RTU application programming within the distribution / substation / automation space. RTU panel engineering and working with partner for creating Blueprint offerings for Customers. Knowledge of CYBER Security of IEC 62351-5:2023, is an advantage.
