The Learning Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs focused on the Design to Product (D2P) process, which includes Product Tapeout activities to design and manufacture integrated circuits in the Semiconductor Industry. These Product Tapeout activities for customers will be enabled through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool named Microsoft Dynamics 365. Hence, the Learning Delivery Specialist needs to be familiar with the Sales to Project and the related Customer Support functions / capabilities in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool. Additionally, this role requires a dynamic individual who can manage the end-to-end training delivery process, from analysis and to delivery and evaluation, ensuring that all training initiatives meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), UAT Testers and Internal Trainers, to gather detailed information on MSD D2P modules and business processes, ensuring that training content is comprehensive, accurate and aligned to business objectivesIdentify gaps in current training materials and advise instructional designers on new content to be developed to address these gaps.Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on MSD D2P modules and processes to diverse audiences, including new hires and existing employees spread across USA and AsiaSupport training in USA timezone tooCommunicate complex technical information in a way that is easy to understand, using analogies, examples, and aids to enhance comprehensionUtilize a variety of instructional techniques, such as hands-on demonstration exercises, simulations, and group discussions, to ensure comprehensive understanding and retentionSupport design and development of engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids and assessments, using instructional design principles and adult learning theoriesSupport all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, participant enrollment, recording attendance via LMS and manual wherever required Utilize strong presentation skills to engage and inspire learners, fostering a positive and productive learning environmentEmploy effective questioning techniques to gauge participant understanding, encourage critical thinking, and facilitate meaningful discussions; Use open-ended questions, probing questions, and reflective questions to stimulate thought and promote deeper understandingEncourage participants to ask questions and share their experiences, creating a collaborative learning environment.Analyze assessment results to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, and use this information to refine training programsOffer ongoing support and coaching to participants, helping them apply their new knowledge and skills in the new way of working Analyze training data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and use this information to refine training programsReport on training effectiveness and impact to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future training initiatives
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
