Job Description

    Job Purpose To support & collaborate with the domestic refractory vertical sales & marketing team and lead to achieve the short & long term vertical goal, Sales target, Receivables. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Business Development & Market Expansion Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market for white fused alumina products for refractories and industrial applications. Sales Strategy & Contract Management Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives to increase market share, revenue, and profitability. Create a robust demand forecast customer wise based on detailed discussion and understanding of their operating and business plans. Ensure timely collection and application of receivables from customers. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms agreements with customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Customer Relationship Management Plan and commit supply schedules in close coordination with plants in order to align production with customer requirements & expectations and avoid possible stock outs. Ensure that customer accounts are reconciled periodically and there are no discrepancies. Know and connect with allocated/regions customers on regular basis. Ensure that all customer complaints and quality issues are addressed expeditiously and closed as per SOP. Ensure that NPS is improved for the category as per targets Ensure that all NPS suggestions and action plans are implemented. Business sustainability Understand new product applications & closely work with TSR, HIC-A & Customers on possible new applications. Monitor imports and import prices. Understand the manufacturing process and quality parameters for the product performance and the customers value chain requirements thoroughly. Understand the manufacturing process and the underlying technology Research and understand possible product applications and recommend new product development possibilities. Future growth projects Understand the complete value chain for customers. Finding opportunities to support India refractory companies to reduce their dependency on China for Raw material imports (Calcined Bauxite, WFA, WTA, BFA) Trade Shows & Event Represent the company at domestic trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote products and brand awareness. Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing strategies to support sales efforts. Safety Ensure that basic safety practices are followed in office, road & customer's premises during visits/travel. Ensure no unsafe conditions at work place. Participate in Fire and other safety related drill. Make sure that travel guidelines related to female employees are followed.,
