Salary: 3.5 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives

Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to drive insurance sales through the following responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Training: Identify, onboard, and develop insurance agents on a commission basis.
• Sales Management: Supervise agents' activity plans to ensure targets are met.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System.
• Motivation & Growth: Encourage agents to participate in career progression programs and grow within the organization.
• Technology Utilization: Guide agents in using the Agent Portal & CRM for managing clients and cross-selling various products.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales (preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services).
• Key Attributes:
  • Strong people management and networking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a business-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and confidence.
  • Stability in previous career roles.
  • Understanding of the local market with a strong client network.
