: ASP.Net Web Developer Location: Noida, Gurugram Minimum Experience From 3 to 8 year(s) Role & Responsibilities Development of travel/ eCommerce web application components and interfaces using the latest web technologies including ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core C , C#, JavaScript, Angular JavaScript Knowledge of world map & geography will be required. Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform. Be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts days working environment. Candidates should be able to join ASAP. Excellent communication skills required. Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service. Support customers across Telecommunication/E-mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file. Required Skills Freshers with good communication skills will work candidates will work.
