Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Team Leader at Scandy Ice Candy located in Kochi. The Retail Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing multiple stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role requires working closely with the Retail Manager to implement strategies and meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily retail operations across multiple stores Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience Supervise and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage at all stores Conduct and finalize stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records Manage and resolve operational issues promptly Assist in training and developing staff to improve performance and service quality Report directly to the Retail Manager Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis Experience in Operations Management and Store Management Strong focus on enhancing the Customer Experience Leadership qualities with the ability to lead a team effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred Proficiency in Malayalam is a must Preferably immediate joiners A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus Salary 20,000 to 25,000 per month,
