Managing customer interactions & records reported issues in the ITSM tool.
Identifying technical issues related to desktop, laptop, printers, peripherals, etc., applying fixes and investigating root causes using internal instructions.
Providing technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems by telephone and e-mail
Working requests relating to PC maintenance.
Participating in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization, to ensure that all on-line system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
Key Skills
Ideally University education, preferably technical degree, or Microsoft certifications
Awareness of Microsoft Operating Systems local and Hybrid (Office and Remote) administration and Microsoft Office family applications
Ability to analyse and solve problems by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
C2 level proficiency in English language
Flexibility to work shifts if required
Compensation :
For 3 years full time Graduates (BCA/BSc/ BBA /BCom/BA - English)
During training period, a stipend of Rs. 8000/- PM will be paid.
After successful completion of the training a salary of Rs 2,80,000 P.A will be paid.
For 4 years full time Engineers (BE/BTech/MCA/MA - English)
During training period, a stipend of Rs. 12000/- PM will be paid.
After successful completion of the training a salary of Rs 3,00,000 P.A will be paid.
Eligibility criteria:
BA - English/BSc/ BCA/ BBA/ MA - English/ME/BE/BTech 2023 & 2024 Pass out Only
60% throughout education.
