    Role - Recruitment Manager & Business Development Manager

    AV Global Advisory Services  is a leading HR consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations build top-tier talent and optimize their workforce strategies. Our solutions include recruitment, talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with a strong focus on Business Development to drive growth and client relationships while ensuring the recruitment process is smooth, efficient, and impactful.

    The Recruitment Manager & Business Development Manager will play a dual role in overseeing our recruitment functions while simultaneously driving business development initiatives. This role requires a strong background in recruitment and HR consulting, alongside the ability to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment Management:
      • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for clients.
      • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various industries and roles.
      • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
      • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of talent for clients.
      • Maintain a high level of candidate and client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, talent sourcing tools, and best practices in recruitment.
    • Business Development:
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential clients across industries.
      • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and grow revenue, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, offering tailored HR and recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
      • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
      • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with client needs.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients and exceed their expectations.
      • Track business development progress, report on performance, and provide regular updates to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and business development within the HR consulting industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and talent management.
    • Strong understanding of HR services, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
    • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
