Position: Service Manager Grade/Location: Mumbai Experience: 1015 Years Projected CTC: 812 LPA Educational Background: Diploma / BE / Graduate in a relevant field
Role & Responsibilities:
Assign daily tasks to field resources and manage a team of AV engineers, project managers, and technicians throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to design documents.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, communicate with the PMC, and coordinate with all project stakeholders.
Track project progress and timelines to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Address technical issues on-site, or coordinate the necessary resources to resolve them.
Oversee the delivery of materials to project sites, ensuring proper coordination with logistics and clients, as well as managing storage and inventory.
Manage project receivables in line with milestone billing.
Maintain an MIS for all open sites and collaborate with project managers on manpower deployment.
Drive and oversee the growth of the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) business.
Essential Skills:
Solid understanding of AV solutions, with experience managing a team of 10-15 AV engineers/technicians.
Desired Skills (Optional):
PMP certification is a plus, though not mandatory.
