For the team in our Digital Buildings business unit, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Global Product/Offer Manager to help with our market leading Building Management Solution. What do you get to do in this position Take on a significant global responsibility for part of the hardware and software for Building Management Systems. You will work closely with markets and capture market requirements and translate those into business requirements and customer values. Define user requirements related to HVAC, lighting, wireless, wired communication to help our customer to win more projects and be profitable. Work with the R&D development teams, procurement, and financial teams within both agile and waterfall project methodologies. Travel in a role that truly has a global impact. This job might be for you if: Ideally have 3+ years of progressive working experience as a Product/Offer Manager in BMS environment with HVAC, hardware, software or building control systems environment with a commercial mindset. Or 3+ years of work experience with: Launching products that can be controlled, or interface with building management systems. Familiarity with global business-related roles and communication. Knowledge in BMS, HVAC, lighting control, IoT connectivity or cloud integration would be an advantage. Knowledge of Edge device infrastructure and deployment would be an advantage. Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or technical discipline is a plus, however our focus will be around experience. You are ambitious, communicative, driven, structured, goal oriented and a team player that can present and convince your audience.
