- Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Program Test Manager to lead the SAP S/4HANA migration program from a testing perspective, overseeing both SAP and non-SAP impacted applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong testing background in SAP transformations, enterprise IT landscapes, and cross-functional program management. This role requires collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to ensure a seamless migration testing, minimize risks, and support successful implementation.Key Responsibilities:Program & Stakeholder Management Lead testing for the end-to-end S/4HANA migration program, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance. Manage cross-functional teams across SAP ERP, business functions, and non-SAP impacted applications (e.g., legacy systems, third-party integrations). Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align the testing needs of the program.Project Planning & Execution Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing roadmap, timelines, and budget for the migration project. Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and cutover activities to ensure business continuity. Coordinate SAP consultants, system integrators, and internal IT teams to deliver program milestones. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints associated with the migration.Testing & Quality Assurance Define and oversee a comprehensive testing strategy, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing. Ensure that all impacted applications are tested for data consistency, process alignment, and functional correctness. Governance of the testing deliverables to ensure the highest quality of testing Collaborate with business users to validate key processes and ensure business continuity during the transition.Post-Go-Live Support Define a test strategy for hypercare support. Oversee testing of post-go-live defects/issues, ensuring system stabilization.Qualifications & Experience:Required Skills: 15+ years of IT program test management experience, with a focus on large-scale SAP ERP transformations. Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects, including greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid implementations. Strong testing experience, defining test strategy/approach, test planning, tests execution across different phases, test reporting and defect management Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and their impact on business processes. Expertise in managing non-SAP systems and integrations, including middleware (SAP PI/PO, BTP, MuleSoft, etc.). Deep knowledge of data migration strategies, including tools like SAP Data Services (BODS) and SAP Migration Cockpit. Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. Experience managing third-party vendors, system integrators, and offshore development teams. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.,
