Develop and deliver status reports and maintains accurate and up-to-date Project Control Workbook data Assist in developing and recommending best practices and tools for project execution and management Participate in and support multiple teams Organize and distribute work assignments to the team Identify system deficiencies and implement effective solutions Participate in reviews, self-assessments and internal / external vendors Prioritize and establish requirements for project execution Monitor and manage Technical Solutions which are effective for the project Ensure projects are being completed on time and the quality of work is consistent with client expectations Be an active member of the PMO and help in defining best practices and operating procedures Must be able to interact and communicate with people at all levels in the organization and also with customer on regular basis,
