Role: Jr Business Analyst(3-5)/ Sr Business Analyst(6-10Yrs) Location:- Bangalore(WFO ONLY) DOJ:- Immediate Joiner -15 Days Company: Large multi-billion-dollar multinational group spread across 25 countries across five continents. Interested, resume to hidden_email( CTC, EXP CTC ,AND NP) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to lead business workshops to identify and develop required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements. Create detailed user stories which can be independently developed and tested. Ensure quality and relevance of user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to control engagement scope, sustain high delivery quality and ultimately deliver the project successfully. Collaborate with project manager and technical solution architect to develop project delivery plan, applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks. Provide consultation to client stakeholders and business users in omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modelling, inventory management, pricing strategy, shipping & freight, taxes, international commerce, customer service. Applies advanced functional | technical principles, theories, and concepts related to requirements, data, usability and processes analysis. Direct the configuration and maintenance of project team collaboration space and issue/task management system (Confluence, JIRA, etc.). Experience in Prioritization of requirements, improving process efficiency, given feedback and collaborating with Sales, IT, Legal and Marketing team. Experience in BRD, SRS, FRD, User manuals, DB Mapping docs. Experience working in Waterfall and AGILE -SCRUM methodologies. Ability to draft Use Case Diagrams, Use case scenarios, Activity Diagrams, Test Scenarios, User stories. Experience in Data Modeling, Flowcharts, Wireframes and Mockups using tools like Pencil, Balsamiq and MS Visio. Experience in Giving Product Demo to the customers and clients and part 3rd party API Integration documentation and analysis. Experience in E-commerce and Telecom domain. Experience in collaborating for Business Case and creating RFP. Experience in performing System Testing and UAT.
