Job Summary PURPOSE: Able to facilitate Agile (Scrum) Framework execution of software development scrum teams by filling a role as a leader who serves. Must be able to tackle obstacles and maximize scrum teams performance to meet product and organization goals. Someone who can mentor and coach the Scrum Masters and RTEs on ceremonies and identify and address roles positions and organizational impediments risk issues and dependencies. Constantly challenging team members to be on top of process improvement and growing with the team. Someone who is able to build connections and trust among their team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Providing all support to the scrum teams using a servant leadership style and leading by example. 2. Guiding the team on Agile/Scrum best practices achieving/improving Performing stage 3. Participate in release planning process as a coach/mentor 4. Coach on all agile/scrum ceremonies with a focus on how to get things done right and faster. 5. Identify innovative ways to improve Scrum Master and RTE functions and conversations. 6. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame retaliation or being judged with an emphasis on partnering and problem solving. 7. Facilitating getting the work done without coercion assigning or dictating the work. 8. Facilitating discussion decision making and conflict resolution. 9. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the organization and coaching the team to achieve higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. 10. QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Computer Science or related major Masters preferred. Must be a Certified Scrum Master/ Scrum Practitioner. A minimum of five years experience in working in an Agile SDLC environment with geographically dispersed teams and delivering quality software via incremental releases. Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must have good experience of various estimations methods used in Agile SDLC. Knowledge and/or experience of Kanban Knowledge of various well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach. Must be an exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail self-directed efficient and able to manage complex projects in a timely manner.,
