• We are seeking an experienced M365 Architect to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and implementing advanced functions of M365, focusing on security, governance, and compliance.
• This role involves providing second-level and higher support for M365 apps and Azure/Multi-cloud solutions.
• Additionally, the candidate will oversee a team of SMEs, manage, and facilitate the design of large-scale solutions within M365 products.
• Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Microsoft 365 services and solutions.
• Implement advanced functions of M365 and/or Azure AD Premium, including security, governance, and compliance.
• Present M365 solutions to stakeholders.
• Plan and manage M365 projects.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage change control processes.
• Provide technical leadership in deploying Microsoft 365.
• Oversee a team of SMEs and support engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Continuously improve skill sets and stay current with M365 and multi-cloud technologies.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and solutions. Strong presentation skills.

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect or similar role.
• Proficient in planning and designing IT solutions.
• Knowledge of audit and compliance standards.
• Experience with change control management. ITIL foundation certification. Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and software coding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Preferred:

• Microsoft fundamental certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900.Advanced M365 certifications like MS-203, MD-102, MS-102, MS-700, MS-721.Microsoft Architect certifications such as AZ-305.Multi-cloud solution architect certifications are a plus.9-12 years of experience in global architectural solutioning.
• Experience in MS Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power BI environments. ITIL knowledge is essential.
• Basic networking, storage and virtualization knowledge. Skills in designing and modifying documentation/runbooks. Ability to connect with lead region tower architects during solution designing of BAU operational activities. Innovative thinking and decision-making in line with best practices.
• Knowledge of scripting operational tasks. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.

• Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in M365 services, as well as the ability to oversee technical projects and mentor team members effectively.
