Job Title: Ayurveda Doctor Product Research & Development Location: Ezcare Essel Group Company / Noida Sector 16 Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5 years Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified Ayurveda Doctor to join our product-based company and play a key role in research, product development, and market alignment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ayurvedic formulations, herbs, and wellness therapies and will collaborate with the R&D, marketing, and business teams to develop innovative health and wellness products. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research on Ayurvedic herbs, formulations, and therapies to develop new products. Work closely with the R&D team to ensure product formulations align with Ayurvedic principles. Provide medical expertise to Business Leaders, regulatory compliance, and consumer communication. Offer insights into product safety, efficacy, and clinical validation. Stay updated on Ayurvedic advancements, regulatory guidelines, and industry innovations. Required Skills & Qualifications: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or higher qualification. 5-7 years of experience in Ayurvedic practice, research, or product development. Strong understanding of Ayurvedic formulations, herbs, and traditional healing methods. Ability to work in a corporate/product-based environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills. Knowledge of Ayurvedic regulatory guidelines and product compliance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in FMCG, wellness, nutraceuticals, or herbal product companies. Exposure to clinical trials and Ayurvedic pharmacology. Strong public speaking skills for consumer education and brand representation.
