The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing, editing, and curating high-quality news content on stocks, mutual funds, IPOs, derivatives, commodities, and other investment instruments. The candidate must have prior experience working with a news website in the finance segment or in investments journalism per se. Key Responsibilities: Actively contribute to the ideation of relevant and timely financial news topics, helping shape the editorial calendar and identifying emerging trends. Edit, proofread, and refine financial news articles, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Write and curate high-quality news content on stocks, mutual funds, IPOs, F&O, commodities, and other investment topics. Ensure timely coverage of breaking financial news with a focus on accuracy and depth. Work closely with writers, analysts, and designers to create engaging and informative content. Ensure adherence to journalistic ethics, compliance, and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Ideally 4-7 years of experience in financial journalism, or editing. And also should have a mindset of setting up and scaling up. Prior experience working with a news website, financial publication, or investment platform. Strong understanding of financial markets, stocks, F&O, mutual funds, IPOs, and commodities. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to interpret and analyze financial reports, stock market data, and economic trends. Familiarity with SEO best practices for financial news articles. Strong research skills and ability to fact-check information. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Journalism, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Prior experience working with financial media, investment platforms, or stock market research firms. Understanding of regulatory policies impacting financial markets in India.,
