Position: New Product Development Executive - Cosmetic Division Location: Sion, Mumbai or Vikhroli, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Innovative Conceptualization: Spearhead the ideation and development of new cosmetic products, keeping abreast of industry trends. Project Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify gaps, customer preferences, and emerging trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, packaging, and manufacturing teams to bring creative concepts to life. Packaging Expertise: Preferably, possess education or experience in packaging design to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of product packaging. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience in new product development within the cosmetics industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for cosmetics and beauty trends. Knowledge or education in packaging design is a plus.
