    Job Summary
    The candidate works for B2B Ordr booking and New shop onboarding with problem-solving

    Description
    Responsible for onboarding the medium and small businesses involved in FMCG businesses.
    Onboard the FMCG businesses on the company's platform and convince them to make orders through the online platform.
    Responsible for maintaining relationship with these buyers/sellers and has to grow orders, weight & revenue for the company.
    Responsible for coordinating with operations team to provide better service to buyer/seller.
    Responsible for converting all the client who are sending their shipment through other companies to the HUB.

    Job Summary   The candidate is responsible for problem-solving and marketing activities   Description  Responsibilities:

    Getting sales using various customer sales methods

    Buyer Profiling, Complete Market Ownership, Credit Ownership

    75% Market Penetration, Issue Resolution, Portfolio Shaping

    Dormant Activation, Smart Rewards Execution

    Focused Category Penetration as per Category Handlers

    Meet personal & team sales target

    Maintain expand client database within the assigned territory.

    Report daily to TM.

    Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive

    marketing strategies

    Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns

    Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.

    Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

    Developing New Dealer

    Candidate must know the language (English,& local language)


    Salary up to 22k+ Travel allowance per day 180rs + Incentives

    Age limit up to 35
    6 Days of working and 1 day rotational off 
    Bike and DL mandatory 
    Male candidates are Must 
    Languages: Kannada+ English
