Job Description Experience : 5 years Location : Mumbai (Worli/Airoli) Notice Period : Immediate / 30 days Job Description : Troubleshoot issues across the housing database, integrator, the NEC console and the mobile app. Liaise with the support team to provide clear details of their findings. Raise defects if they identify an issue with the software. Ensure lessons learned are documented to avoid future occurrences. Write scripts to help with investigations and also to clear down customer data, where required Debug high quality software using Java Spring Boot Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve requirements gaps and conflicts. Support developed software within agreed service level targets and quality objectives Work effectively in the team Provide technical support, guidance and inspiration to other members of the team. Promptly escalate issues which cause personal or team development to fall outside of agreed quality or timescale tolerances and to actively contribute to their resolution. Pro-actively suggest and implement agreed process improvements that enhance the performance, productivity. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables.
