Data Analytics : Generate data analytics and reporting to provide insights into workforce trends, costs and ROI of benefits programs. Compensation Management : System generation and Issuance of Annual Rewards & Promotion Letters Statutory changes : Stay abreast of emerging trends impacting compensation practices and propose implementation solutions aligned with company policies. Special Projects: Design and Implementation of Special projects time to time. Key Interactions with : Internal External Senior Management Talent Partners/HR Team Business Leaders/Department Heads Finance Team Legal Team IT/HRIS Team Employees Compensation Consultants Regulatory Bodies Industry Associations Vendors/Service Providers External Auditors Labor Market/Job Market Technical Skills: Skilled in analyzing compensation data Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Hands on experience in implementing and running C&B systems. Proficiency in change management and process improvement. Experience in leading merit and incentive programs. Knowledgeable about compensation laws. Competent in budget maintenance and reporting. Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to monitor and analyze market salary trends. Behavioral Skills: Clear and effective communicator. Strong team player with stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Discreet in handling sensitive information.
