Job Title : Senior Project Manager Experience : 8+ Years Location : Nagercoil Job Summary The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within defined deadlines, scope, and budget. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that project goals are achieved to meet business objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, while effectively managing risks and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Establish and collect key project metrics to track progress and performance. Meet project objectives, making necessary adjustments to plans as required. Track project performance and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Conduct meetings with clients to gather detailed project briefs and understand their requirements. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Coordinate team activities and ensure effective communication and collaboration. Create and maintain consistency across teams. Provide and maintain necessary project management tools. Model the use of Scrum and other Agile methodologies. Work effectively with other project teams and groups. Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project success. Use and continually develop leadership skills. Contribute to process improvement : Education Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably with experience in managing large-scale or complex projects. Prior experience in the banking domain is highly preferred. Prior experience in Front end / Back end Technologies ( Core Java, Angular, SQL, JavaScript .NET, etc.). PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar certifications are highly desirable. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, JIRA).
