Job Description

    • Communicate via chat/call with users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users
    • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
    • Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems

     

    Requirements:

    • Must have minimum 02 years of professional experience.
    • Bachelors or Masters Degree in the relevant field.
    • Must be ready to Relocate.
