Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who specializes in the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification framework. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to ensure a strong pipeline for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Use the BANT methodology to qualify leads based on their Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.
Engage with decision-makers to understand their pain points and assess fit.
Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
Strong understanding of BANT qualification methodology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proactive mindset.
