    There is Urgent Opening of Territory Manager for Retail & HNI business.

    Locations: Mumbai- Thane, Goregaon, Badlapur, Jaipur ,Gujarat Surat, Ahmedabad

    Salary :5 to 10 LPA (Valid hike on current CTC)

     

    Job Title: Territory Manager

    Role Overview:

    As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our High Net Worth Individual (HNI) channel by recruiting and developing Channel Development Associates (CDAs) within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for activating inactive HNI CDAs, conducting regular unit meetings to provide training and support, and driving business growth to achieve organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Recruit and onboard Channel Development Associates (CDAs) with a focus on High Net Worth Individual (HNI) channel development.

    - Identify and engage with inactive HNI CDAs to reactivate them and enhance their productivity.

    - Conduct weekly unit meetings to train, motivate, and assist CDAs in achieving their business goals.

    - Participate in all business drives and initiatives to contribute towards achieving company-wide business objectives.

    - Work towards producing Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers within your team every year.

    - Procure HNI business from the market of CDAs and ensure effective distribution of products and services.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    - Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance or banking sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

    - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

    - Experience in recruiting and managing a life insurance advisors or  financial services agent.

    - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

    - Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
