Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Data Operation Domain Analyst! Responsibilities Must have experience & understanding Data process management in the Commercial Real Estate domain. Hands on experience in running the Business reports like Asset Under Management, Portfolio Valuation, Business Plan for Commercial Real Estate domain. Understanding of best practices across complete lifecycle of data quality management including root cause analysis, remediation, and resolution Proven ability to o Define/ optimise approach for data analysis including impact assessment, root cause analysis. o Undertake data quality analysis with documented activities, techniques, templates. o Experience in conducting assessing data quality controls (rules, reports) and drive improvements o Knowledgeable on Data Quality Management practices o Hands on with best practice in the visual display of quantitative information. Good communication skills to liaise with Tech Ops, Client SME and Management Be curious. Immerse oneself and encourage team to invest into understanding data and its quality management Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Relevant Data Operation Multiple project experiences in Data Operation and/or integrated business planning initiatives for multi-national organizations Domain Knowledge of Real Estate Investment will be major advantage Good communication and time management skills Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or MBA or Data Science certification in a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in Real Estate Investment domain Experience in performing Asset Management large financial reporting Being curious , open to learn as well to impart training as required Slides, Sheets, Docs and MS Office Suite Excel, PowerPoint, Word Development experience to build Scorecards, Dashboards & Alerts based on user requirements.
