Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective resolutions. Client CS SLA management People Management (Team management, Coaching & Development, resource management etc.) Monitor team performance, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills. Analyze customer feedback and work on continuous service improvements. Prepare reports on customer service metrics and present insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Utilize CRM and other tools to track and enhance customer interactions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 4-5 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of multi-channel customer service operations (phone, email, chat, social media). Familiarity with service quality management and customer retention strategies.
