Overview The Python Software Developer for Web and Backend plays a crucial role in our organization by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and backend applications using Python. They are essential in creating robust and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients and enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Develop and maintain web applications using Python and related technologies. Implement and maintain backend services and APIs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high-quality code. Investigate and use new technologies to enhance existing and future software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in production and development environments. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure the best practices are adopted. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Python Developer with expertise in web and backend development. Proficient in Python, with a good understanding of its libraries and frameworks. Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask. Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system. Understanding of server-side templating languages. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with cloud technologies and services is an advantage. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
